Food:

My husband called ahead for a 7:30 phone reservation. We arrived a few minutes early and were told that we would only have half of their wait time which was 40 mins. & we would have 20 minutes. This was okay, but there is no where to wait inside & it was cold. We had to crammed in by the bar and walk way. I asked for a kids menu for my daughter, and then realized that the menu for kids was 10 & under. I asked the waitress if we could have a half portion of an entree for our 12 year old. She said they didn't have half portions which surprised me since they are open for lunch. My husband & daughter ordered the same thing and after eating 1/2 of her soup she couldn't eat more than a few bites of her entree. We just took it home. The food was good, but for $80, we didn't feel like it was worth the overall experience. Three of us ordered tea & one water. We decided not to order an appetizer b/c the prices had increased on all of the entrees. We requested lemon twice that never arrived. The dipping oil had plenty of herbs but little olive oil. We requested more oil and bread which never came. We ran out of tea a few times and water once. The bill was incorrect with a beer added to it. It was the drink of the person two feet away from us at a booth. Our waitress got so much wrong and we could hear the other table ask for lemon and bread as well. I am not a fan of their updating inside either- it screams chain restaurant. Food is good but with the combined atmosphere and inexperience waitress, we left disappointed.

This was a awful experience! First I sent my water back 3 times because something was floating around in it! My 5 year old baby complained about her food and she never complains she had a pizza! I sent my steak back twice because it wasn't cooked as I requested & my husbands as well! The other family members sent they're food back as well! Every dish we received was bland! I'm never eating Carrabbas again!

Food:

Delicious food! Everyone was super sweet. We got our food quickly. The waiter(Jeremy) was the best ever and very helpful. I am definitely recommending. The best part of it all was that literally everyone we came in contact with said goodbye as we were leaving, even if they were on the other side of the restaurant. It's a very welcoming place.

Food:

The cleanliness and smell of the dining area is almost overwhelming . The carpet is worn down and covered with food. The mouths of the cooks and other employees are as filthy as the floors. The cooks are speaking of the female waitress's, employees and customers as objects which infuriates me as a feminist and as a mother, The only male employee here that I did not feel offended by was our server Jeremy.this establishment is not a family friendly place the manager was notified but it seems highly doubtful that anything that will be done about it.was not acceptable for a ninty dollar meal next time I would like to be in this situation I will take my children and myself to a truck stop.

Food:

Chicken Bryan is suckulant and tasty! Service was perfect! I asked for a variation to be made on my order and for the first time in over a dozen visits it was forgotten. When I asked the waiter about it he apologized, corrected the mistake, and gave me a dessert! The manager came over and apologized as well. This is a fine establishment! We will continue to eat here regularly! The customer service stands out in the resteraunt industry!
