Carrabbas Italian Grill, Buffalo, New York Restaurant Details

I went to Carrabba's for a special occasion. Knowing that my company really enjoys Italian food we selected this place.

I have been to a few fancy Italian places and this one quite lives up to the mark. The staff was really courteous and the complimentary fresh baked bread was good. Although, the fresh baked garlic bread of Bravo! is till my favourite. The ambience is quite nice. I also liked the pasta bar. It's a pretty interesting concept.

I did not miss Olive Garden at all while I was here. The food wasn't over creamy. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The quantity was just right.

Overall, a pretty nice dining experience.

Just found out that the the proprietor of this # 5 in the country location was let go because of not meeting corporate numbers as far as staffing. I and anyone I can tell and agree with me will no longer be dining at Carrabba's Itailian Grill. Just another collage driven pee brain move.

The WORST customer service I have encountered in a long time, with no follow-up with manager after a request to speak with him about it it...He was "too busy to talk to a customer, She can call later" WOW!! Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy there.!!
