This was the worst experience EVER. Specifically went there for my 50th Bday dinner because I was craving the mussels . . . when delivering our entrees (no mussels arrived) server unapologetically informed me that he didn't put in the mussels order in . . .had it on his pad Ha Ha but never entered it in the system. This was a Wednesday night, it was NOT busy, it WAS a beautiful evening and we were told we could not sit in the patio area because the "server just didn't want to deal with outside customers." The place was a dirty mess as well.

Food:

The meal was as it always is, very good quality with exceptional flavor and value tonight. As we left, got to the car in the parking building and started to leave, the hostess came running up to us to give my credit card back that I'd left.
We always go here but this time the hostess and staff were more heroic than usual :)

Food:

Service was INCREDIBLY RUDE. We were told that the wait was going to be 20 minutes and then waited for 45 minutes. When we asked how much longer, we were still fifth in line because people were calling ahead and getting in front of us. Hosts were inconsiderate and not helpful. Instead of helping the costumer, they argued with us. I have never been treated so poorly at a Carraba's before. If you want Carraba's don't go to this one.

Food:

Great dining experience with wonderful food and staff. I even left my debit card there and didn't realize it until the next day around lunch time. I called and the person that I spoke to was quick to help out and look in their safe to see if it was there. He verified my name, the bank, & color of the card before he would even give me any other information, but did so in a kind and considerate way. They had it and he told me that he would keep it in the to go area (register) for when I came by. When I went by he immediately recognized me and went to get my card. I couldn't have asked for a nicer and good experience (even considering I was dumb enough to leave my card). Thanks Carrabba's (South Blvd. Charlotte, NC)

DON'T believe any detractors of this location of this chain! We have been coming here for special occasions, entertaining out of town guests, and just because for several years. The service is superior and we have never experienced a long wait, plus the quality of the food is exquisite. The staff do not" hover" nor do they leave you lacking for anything. We gave up that "other" Italian chain years ago - Carrabba' on South BLVD is the only place for Italian dining (except my own lasagna!)
