04/25/2014 3:43 amNot impressed with Carrows on Wells right now. Have been a customer for over 10 years. The am shifts the best shift. Tonight my son and I went for dinner and that was terrible. He ordered an appetizer and a dinner meal at the same time. However, the waitress didn't put in the dinner order. He was scratter brained tonight and just blew it big time. We ordered water, and another waitress kept us filled with water she didn't. She brought the bill to the table and I said we didn't get the main dinner for my son and she had forgotten to put his order in. Duh... We were met by at the door by the shift leader (former cook). My son asked him a question about the featured appetizer on black broad and he didn't even know what was on the menu or what the special were. Duh again. They finally brought by son's steak and fett. meal out and the steak was prepared not to order. They took it back and brought it back again still not done correctly. The Fetti was like it had been microwaved. The meal was terrible. All the manager gave us was 1/2 off the meal for my son's portion. Really it should have been totally free. The business was not full or busy at all...I know why. Service and food preparation is bad. My order was a tuna sandwich and soup. I got two soups because something went wrong in the kitchen tonight. I did get my 1/2 sandwich. We couldn't get out of there fast enough tonight. Bad night at Carrows. This is happening a lot now. The am shift is the best but the night shift Is terrible. There is only one waitress that is excellent and attentive, pleasant but the rest of them need to be let go and start over again. You will lose customers more than you are now because of it. The group doesn't know how to take an order on your new hand-held machines or know the menu items. Really people. You have problems with the night shift on Wells. I hope you will look into it and make necessary changes because what you are doing right now, isn't working. |
