08/06/2015 10:28 pmThe prices are fair for a furnished 2 or 3 bed apartment that is only half a mile from University of Arizona. I've enjoyed two semesters here, I just leased a third. |

04/07/2015 11:26 pmWorst Place EVER!!! NEVER LIVE HERE!!! Google wouldnt allow me to give it 0 stars. I strongly encourage anyone considering living here to NOT!!! Worst management system ever. Living in a cardboard box would be better |

02/26/2014 3:37 pmWorse place. You will like at the first look but once you move in you will see the worse. Don't go with the advertisement. Apartment ate old. Paint may be chipped off & LED. Carpet stains & smells. There are pest: bugs. |

10/03/2010 4:44 amPrice is not even worth it. Plumbing problems that makes the whole apartment stink like if you had ate the nastiest food and let some farts out. Horrible. Had my car broken into. Management doesnt care about anything but collecting rent. Roach infestations. VERY BAD APARTMENTS. |

10/20/2009 12:13 amI lived here for one year and out of the many apartments that I've lived in during my 4 years at the UofA it was by far the worst. Upon move in the apartment was filthy, furniture was worn out and the stove was broken. The bathroom was flooded and the roof was constantly leaking, which resulted in the entire apartment constantly being humid and muggy inside. The washer/dryer combo never worked the entire year I lived there, and they were never able to fix/ replace it. There were dead bugs in the cabinets from day 1, and a persistent roach infestation the entire time I lived there. Management is completely incompetent and unable to provide any accurate information on virtually any issue whatsoever. In addition, if you have any discrepancies at all, they will argue with you and insist that you are wrong and they are right, without even looking into the issue. Work orders take forever to be completed, and are often just left for months without being fixed. The property is very run down and disgusting, resembling that of a shady hotel in a bad part of town where crime and drugs are rampant. In regards to utilities, I never received a bill and they told me what I had to pay every month and when I finally moved out they insisted that I never payed them. So, if you do live there, ask for a bill every month or they will try to get you for money you don't owe. Friends of mine have experienced the same thing. So, a word from the wise: Live any where but here! |
