Food:

We ate in the new Giuseppe's lounge. The new menu was wonderful. The drinks were mixed perfect. The best Amaretto Sour my wife has had in years. we both had the meatball sub and fries. Fries were done to a perfect golden brown no ketchup needed. Just a wonderful night out.

Food:

Total disappointment of frozen food cooked in microwave right before it's brought out to you 40 minutes after you order. The waitress was nice but not attentive in the slightest. Alfredo might've had salt but absolutely no seasoning, forgot the shrimp for the dish but said they didn't hear that part...so brought some out 15 minutes later. My Cafe Perfetto Chicken Marsala was breaded frozen chicken patty covered in a decent sauce withn canned mushrooms. French fries for the kid were crinkle cut dollar general style. Meals are ridiculous priced for crappy food. Waitress looked like she fell out of bed and came to work in a t shirt for this "fancy" place that was brand new in 1960. Can't move in the bathrooms and storage is everywhere in this place of crap. Never, ever going back.The white zin tasted like they poured it right out of the box and cost the same amount for one glass at the box itself.

This restaurant is one of those out-of-the-way mom/pop operations that always delights us. Yes, the decor is a little long on the tooth...but the service is good. The food is DYNAMITE...This remains the only Italian Restaurant where "braciolle"(sp) is on the menu. It's steak/roast beef thinly sliced and stuffed with ricotta and herbs and then pan fried served with a delicate marinara...Absolutely to die for Old World Italian!
Make sure to ask for a shot of "grappa" to compliment your meal...
