I've never been inside of the place so I can't judge it on that criteria (I couldn't write the review without judging the decor so don't pay attention to that), but my overall experience from all the times I've ordered delivery have been quite good. Their delivery time is pretty consistent about 30 minutes, and the food I don't have a problem with, it tastes good, and fairly priced. I would recommend them if you have the chance.
