One of the best modern Greek restaurants in DC. The chain is local to DC and is ever expanding. From their chicken lollipops to the gyro sandwiches to the roasted cauliflower, each of the tapas items are interesting and tasty. Weekend brunch is good too with endless mimosa options.

Food:

Cava is my favorite place in Arlington - SO DELICIOUS!! Must order the spicy lamb sliders, zucchini fritters, fried brussell sprouts, and pretty much everything else on the menu. They normally have a great cucumber-themed drink and it has never disappointed.

They tweak the menu regularly, which keeps things fresh. I HIGHLY recommend visiting.

Visited twice and have been impressed both times. Very crowded and the waits were long. However, food is good and service is fair.

this was my third trip to this place for i love Mediterranean food. The first time i thought it was alittle expensive for what we got. The wait time however was entirely to long however the food was very good. My second trip i waited almost an hour an a half for my food. An it wasnt hot when asked the waiter why he said they were packed with orders. But was told he could microwave it for us. Not cool. Ok so the last trip here is the final one i will never go back i had to wait just as long an it wasnt even that crowed i was on my luch break an couldn't wait that long for my order so i just left. Where is the customer service at an customer satisfaction at.

Food:

Dark and semi-loud atmosphere. Food is unique and interesting the first few times. Expensive for what you get but it is tapas. Weekday lunch specials are the best time to go.
