Awesome dinner and show...save your biggest tip for the last show because the first one was short and somewhat of an ambush. Make sure you have change on hand. The service was very good. Also they have valet on the premises. Overall, Great Place !!!

I visited Cava on Saturday, March 21,2015 around 12:30 Pm, and we were greeted at the door by one of the servers.
While we were eating I observe the two male waiters and a female waitress engaging in a lengthy conversation between the three of them ignoring a couple with children.
Even the couple and the child wave trying to get the attention of any one by the bar, they were ignored.
The patrons began arriving and no one was at the door to greet them nor showing the guests were to seat, each group made their way and sat themselves without any assistance from the three servers.
I order a desert from one of the servers, the desert once order took about 5 minutes to arrive to the table, and it took me sometime to get the attention from one of the servers.
The cava restaurant dinning room was not full, so there is no excuse from servers to in prove better service and detail to the customers.
The cooks came out of the kitchen several times to check on the buffet, they made their walk around each section, returning to the kitchen,
The dinning room was clean, food taste and presentation was very good,

Five stars and no less such amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious. But the highlight of the night was the flamenco show the dancers were so passionate and you could tell they just had fun with it as well which I loved about them. The musicians were so fun and passionate and I love how they engaged with the audience. I definitely will come back and if you haven't been here then do so and make reservations ahead of time also there is valet parking however there are meter parking spots as well around the area.

Great Spanish food. The owner or manager is very nice, polite and so is the rest of the crew. The show is ok, but it feels great due to the atmosphere created by the crowd cheering the dancers to express the typical arrogance of flamenco but without crossing the line of being obnoxious... very spirited and well balanced performance. The cante (singing) has room to improvement, but the guitar is very good and so is the dance.

I went to the buffet and was pleased with the variety of dishes: salads, seafood, Spanish tortilla, manchego cheese, hams, fabada and other combination stews, paella, chicken and meats. The place is easily accessible via Calle 8 (it's next to Ponce de León). The sangría was refreshing, and the wine list is ok. Nice Spanish food at a moderate price.
