01/31/2015 2:39 pmThe business looks shutdown with brown paper all over the windows. I noticed last night, which was Friday night/Saturday morning (Jan.30 - 31 2015) there were no lights and the establishment appeared closed. I don't know the reason; however, there have been shootings and a murder near this business in the recent past. I saw an article in a local newspaper that said the SPD wanted Cellar's liquor license revoked because it had become hangout for gangbangers. I understand the alcohol board can move very quickly to revoke a liquor license, so maybe that happened, as the big money at Cellars came in from 10 PM to 2 AM on weekend and holiday nights. No booze...No business. |

01/29/2015 4:11 pmThis place has closed! They appear to be out of business as all the windows have paper on them, kind of like being boarded up. There was another shooting in their parking lot this past weekend. There was a murder right outside Cellars this fall. I don't know why they closed, but it might be related to these incidents. |

01/22/2015 3:26 amCould be better. On a night known to be busy with upwards of 50+ people, they will have run out of items. Reservations are a joke. Asking for seperate bills causes the wait staff to hve issues. The food has minimal flavour at best and the service is slow moving. They are quick to give excuses for issues that arrise instead of actively fixing said problems. If it wasn't for the people I come with, I'd consider a different venue. |

09/05/2014 9:46 pmCame here for a quick bite to eat before the Seahawks played. Solid food with solid service. I got the seared sockeye and my girlfriend got a small steak, both of which were great. The salmon was nicely seasoned and buttery and the steak was well seasoned and tender for being well done. The service slowed down a little as happy hour started, but that's to be expected when they only have a certain amount of people on staff. Very small restaurant, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Great that they support the passport unlimited card as well. |

10/05/2012 7:11 pmWe came to Cellars for dinner on a week night. There was no wait, the place was pretty empty actually. The atmosphere was conducive for a good chat while still having a romantic ambiance. We both ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The prices for the steaks weren't bad. The wine we got was great and they have a very large selection. The salads were fresh and had a great dressing. I have no complaints. |
