05/15/2016 9:44 pmChaco Canyon Organic Cafe is my number one place to take my partner for something she can eat. There is no place in town as accommodating to ones food sensitivities as Chaco. Unless maybe you're on the atkins diet, because everything is vegan except the milk for coffee. (Of course, they have hemp, almond, cashew, soy, coconut, whatever other plant based milk you can think of as well) |

05/15/2016 12:01 amWe had the lentil burger and the kim chi bowl. The lentil burger was very tasty, and the kim chi bowl was good, but not great. I like the relaxed atmosphere, and the ordering instructions written up on the chalkboard behind the counter. The food is a little pricy. |

04/20/2016 12:45 amIf I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life in Seattle, it would be Chaco Canyon. Their food is nourishing, delicious, and so very satisfying. The people who work there are always kind, welcoming, and community-minded. (I love that they have a pay-what-you-can bowl and I try to regularly donate to the fund.) Plus, everything is organic, which Is wonderful, and while I am vegan, my wife is not and she loves it too! |
Food:
04/10/2016 4:15 amGreat coffee, juices, and lunch bowls! I live near here and frequently stop in for my morning coffee on my way to work. Lunch or dinner here is more of a rarity but is always good. It is on the spendy end but everything is organic and they provide a "community bowl" that can be ordered for a donation of whatever you can afford. That means that yes, there are sometimes homeless people, but I LOVE that this company is providing nutritious food to everyone. Chaco Canyon is also very conscious about dietary needs and allergies so if you're looking to gluten-free or vegan, you've got options |
