Chaco Canyon Organic Cafe is my number one place to take my partner for something she can eat. There is no place in town as accommodating to ones food sensitivities as Chaco. Unless maybe you're on the atkins diet, because everything is vegan except the milk for coffee. (Of course, they have hemp, almond, cashew, soy, coconut, whatever other plant based milk you can think of as well)

In addition to a number of normal lunches or coffees we've had at Chaco are the two Valentine's day special dinners we have attended. The prix fixe menu for the special events has been a great mix of bang for your buck (more important for me) and fine dining (the girlfriend). Table service and 4 courses have transformed this place into a very romantic evening multiple times over.

I can't say enough good things about Chaco. They are extremely progressive in their employment (think queer friendly, living wage, etc.) They're ecologically conscious, just all around a triple bottom line business.

We had the lentil burger and the kim chi bowl. The lentil burger was very tasty, and the kim chi bowl was good, but not great. I like the relaxed atmosphere, and the ordering instructions written up on the chalkboard behind the counter. The food is a little pricy.

The food is pretty tasty, people here are friendly, and the place has a nice atmosphere, but it's incredibly expensive and I often have problems connecting to the wifi.

If I could only eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life in Seattle, it would be Chaco Canyon. Their food is nourishing, delicious, and so very satisfying. The people who work there are always kind, welcoming, and community-minded. (I love that they have a pay-what-you-can bowl and I try to regularly donate to the fund.) Plus, everything is organic, which Is wonderful, and while I am vegan, my wife is not and she loves it too!

Great coffee, juices, and lunch bowls! I live near here and frequently stop in for my morning coffee on my way to work. Lunch or dinner here is more of a rarity but is always good. It is on the spendy end but everything is organic and they provide a "community bowl" that can be ordered for a donation of whatever you can afford. That means that yes, there are sometimes homeless people, but I LOVE that this company is providing nutritious food to everyone. Chaco Canyon is also very conscious about dietary needs and allergies so if you're looking to gluten-free or vegan, you've got options
