03/14/2012 5:32 pmLove the atmosphere, and from what I read from other reviews you are able to bring in your own wine which sounds awesome. I got some take-out today from Chai's, ordered Chicken Pad Thai. Good spice level. Rice noodles, I thought, were overcooked a bit. The flavors didn't meld together like I would hope from a sit-down type of restaurant. May have been a bit pricey, but I am used to paying about $13 for a good plate of Pad Thai. I suppose if I was in the area and keeping options open, I'd hit this place up. Wouldn't go out of my way, though. |

12/08/2009 3:36 pmI've been to this restaurant three times and its one of my favorite places to go. I've had the Green Papaya Salad and the Ahi Tuna Salad and both were delicious. I would recommend you get the salad dressing on the side for the tuna salad. My boyfriend had the duck and said it was fantastic. While it isn't on the menu, I've substituted tofu for fish or chicken before so if you are a vegetarian don't let the meat/seafood dominated menu scare you away. They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine or beer. Overall this a great restaurant for a date; cozy and sophisticated ambiance without the fine dining prices. |

11/20/2009 4:28 pmReally enjoyed it. Out table ordered Panang Curry and a Mahi special, 2 Thai iced teas, and a appetizer of Green Papaya salad. Price ~$40. Panang was good- but it could have used some more meat and veggies. Mahi special was very good. Ambiance was great. My only warning is that we love green papaya salad -order it all over the country and abroad - and this one was the spiciest I'd ever had. So be prepared :) |

11/06/2009 8:01 pmThere are much better thai restaurants in this area in terms of quality and quantity. This place offers a cute ambiance and fancier arrangement. I generally like their entrees but will warn against their salads. A $10 wasabi tuna salad shouldn't taste like over dressed ranch dressing salad. Ew. I don't know, I used to think I liked this place but I don't think I'll ever go back. |

05/18/2009 7:52 pmI rate this adorable little thai restaurant as one of the best in the twin cities. It's run by the same folks who run mango thai on selby. |
