The management is very nice. That's because the food is wrong every time you order and the hostesses don't even know how to spell chicken.. which was still frozen when I got it.. one star for the awesome manager.

Terrible service! I've eaten at this particular Champs before when I've been in Columbus for business and somehow have been able to avoid some of the food quality issues other people have encountered. However I went to Champs last night for dinner and the service was truly pathetic. I sat at a high top table in the bar area for over five minutes before a server stopped by. I put in a drink order and over five minutes passes again and no drink has arrived. I look for the waiter and he is in the back of the restaurant chatting it up with a couple of other employees. I let him know why I was canceling my order and leaving. I went next door to J. Alexanders and had a great experience.
