Chanello's Pizza, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

Ordered a cheesy bread but had hardly any cheese on it. I called and they replaced it no questions asked

UPDATE: pizza finally arrived about an hour and a half after being ordered. By the time it was delivered, the pizza was cold. However, I received an email this morning apologizing for the service and refunding the cost of the pizza.

I recently had some of their pizza & subs delivered. I was not happy with it. The sub rolls were just starting to brown/burn and the pizza was mediocre at best. I could have figured that it was just a bad night in the kitchen. But, when paying for it at the door, I was shocked when the delivery driver announced the price as $2 more than the ordering on line total. I said that he was wrong, and he then waved around a receipt that had clearly been doctored. When I asked him for it, he said that was the only one he had and it was the store receipt. This was exactly why I stopped buying from them some years ago. I will not try again.
