Chanello's Pizza, Chesapeake, Virginia Restaurant Details

I live 10 minutes away, ordered two pizzas took them more than an hour to deliver. Assistant Manager got aggressive when I questioned the timeline and did nothing to help out, got rude when I requested to speak to her manager. DONT order from here, is sad when people try to support the smaller businesses and get treated like this.

Horible service i ordered pizza and it never got deliver. I called them twice and they never answered my calls.

This is what Chanellos impresses on me:

Sals Jr had an child out of wedlock with Papa John's daughter. But neither parent would take responsibility, so she kind of grew up on the streets. After she grew up, she spent time studying at a bakery until she earned her mark as a sausy thin crust kind of pizza, with a back story. From there she went on to culinary school where she majored in technique, but flunked out after one semester due to a dispute with her proffessor over tossing theory. From there she spent some time on the road working various sous chef jobs, only to land a gig on food network stars. She did good on the first round, but barely made it through the 2nd round. In the third she lost, but held her head high as she returned to her hometown of Virginia Beach. Vowing to show the world what a real down home pizza gal was made of.

And that's what Chanellos pizza remindes me of.

The worst quality of pizza that I ever had. Low quality of ingredients. I order a Gourmet Specialty Chicken Florentine Pizza., poor quality and quantity of ingredients. Tasteless pizza!!!!
