Food:
11/20/2012 11:11 pmI usually go to Chapala, I like the food but they never get my order right, when i say no salt on my T bone steak i mean no salt! it's hard to eat it. it's too salty. When I talk to my waiter/waitress I expect to have their 100% attention.. Their service is not good at all. I can't tell who the manager, crew members are. they're uniforms are so colorful! (purple, orange, black, etc) I did not enjoy the decor at all it is very dark in there, it actually looks like a Mexican store! I did not feel like I was sitting in a restaurant. overall, I think you guys could use a little help. Robert Irvine can help you for sure. I've seen what he does, it's amazing.. |

Food:
09/18/2011 10:16 pmHorrendous service and deceptive practices. The "daily lunch specials" are not daily and you don't find out that your meal is $9.99 vs. the advertised $5.50 until they bring you the check. The waitress was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. Her name was "Faviola" and claimed to own every Chapala restaurant too, which if true speaks about all of them. The main entree was somewhat decent, but the rice/beans were bland and the chips were cold and not very fresh tasting. Would never go here again and would recommend any other mexican restaurant with this kind of deceptive and poor service from the "owner" |
