Charleston's, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

Food:

Charlestons is one of my favorite restaurants for prime rib. Their filet mignon is also good. They have fried okra, which I particularly enjoy.

Food:

We had not been to Charleston's in a while. The service was great, the food, not so good. We had to send our food back twice because it was cold. Our other dish was way over-salted. While we were waiting for our food to come back, there was a large party of people who were allowing their children to run around the restaurant and throw food. It has kind of turned in to a circus over there. I think it will be a long time before we return.

This place is amazing ! Beautiful atmosphere ! The food is so delicious ! I had the chicken and Ribs amazing flavor !! The side dishes delicious!! The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable !! Definitely will be back!!

Every time we have eaten at Charleston's, both the service and quality of food has been excellent. Always enjoy ourselves!

Very disappointed tonight. The waitress spilled an entire soda on our son's lap. We understand these things happen. We were very nice about it. I thought they would at least offer to take something off of our bill or comp his meal. But no only sorry about that. We asked to speak to the manager told him what happened and the we thought they should comp his meal. The manager didn't apologize just said how about we split it. I said no and entire soda was spilled onto my son's lap. Not just a little the entire glass of soda in the middle of his lap. We normally love this place, but was really shocked at the manager's reaction. Very poor management tonight. Would hope they would treat someone better in the future when this happens.
