Food:

Don't even bother to try and get a large party seated together. They tell you that reservations are required. then when you call for reservations, they say it is all first come first serve. The food and service are decent if you keep your party to 4 or less but the prices are out of range with the experience. The best way to describe it is they try to be a high end restaurant but they just haven't made it yet.

The food and service is Good, but Every time they want to put us at the BAR or next to the KITCHEN! And EVERY TIME I DECINE.

This is the second time that my girlfriend and I have been to charleson's. And we love it. We went to both locations and both times the food was out of the park, you can't go wrong with the bison burger or the fries. So much great food here. The wait staff is the best I have ever seen. They are a very team spirit. I was never waiting for a drink and a dirty plate was never left at our table; the other staff, not just our waiter, would take the empty drinks and plates. Above and beyond. They now have two customers happily telling their friends to come here and constantly coming back.

Food:

The host staff was strange. I went to the restroom and needs to get something from my car during more visit. Each time I returned to their area they tried to sit me me at a table again. They just seemed confused. Also, the Kale salad was one note. I just wasn't impressed.

Food:

Food and service are both very good. Salads, soups, pastas, sandwiches, and entrees have a good deal of variety.

My grandmother, who is increasingly immobile, loves this spot. She also loves that she can call ahead, and when she arrives in the special to-go parking spots, they'll bring her food to her car.

My 2-year-old and I had the Parmesan crusted chicken together. My wife had the chicken avocado club sandwich. Everything was very good. The people working there are always nice and friendly.
