Love Charlie's chicken but "Manager" Brian needs to be fired. Rude to customers & employees, horrible work ethic & comes off as a bit lazy. One person ruins this whole location. He'll get his butt kicked one of these days. Sure wish his bosses read these reviews

I used to enjoy Charlie's Chicken but it seems that the quality has gone downhill a bit over the years. I got one of the "snack" combos that offers chicken, a drink, and one side. The chicken was decent, however two of the three chunks were a little dry and one of the three seemed very undercooked. I got potato wedges for the side and those were good. However my main issue was the honey mustard dipping sauce I ordered. It was absolutely disgusting. They used to give pre-packaged containers of Kraft honey mustard, but now give nondescript clear plastic ramekins containing a honey-mustard-esque substance. It tasted like honey mustard cut with ketchup. It ruined everything that touched it. Considering I can't eat chicken nuggets without dipping sauce, I probably won't be coming back to Charlie's Chicken any time soon.

If you go, stay away from the honey mustard and maybe even stay away from the chicken itself. It's not that great and you can get better chicken from other places at a comparable price.

On the other hand the man in the drive thru window seemed very friendly so there's that.

In the past I was treated poorly here by a man that was supposed to be the Manager.
Hoping that it had changed, I today stopped again and to my disappointment the same man was there, Brian is his name, he is a very rude person, with very poor social/people skills.
Obviously this will never change.
I do feel sorry for the sweet/polite women that work there.
Karma has no expiration date.
