Great service and great food.

Ordering from the lunch menu Monday through Friday is very affordable and delicious. I vary between take-out and dining in but either way is worth it. The food is ready within ten minutes or less, its spicy, and it always aims to please. I've been a repeat customer once every two weeks for the past 3 years with no complaints. Miles above Thai Place just a few blocks up on Pennsylvania Avenue

Tried the Lo Mein which turned out to be spaghetti with some vegetable. Had some vineger taste to it, otherwise just boring. Price is OK, service was quick and polite - but else nothing that motivates me to try again. I would expect the same quality from any mall-food-court-chinese, I am not sure that's a compliment.

I just ordered take out for lunch - a mixed vegetable dish that I asked for tofu to be added. The order took 20 minutes to come out of the kitchen ( I should have called ahead, I guess) and when the host handed me the bag, it was filled with brown liquid. The container had obviously opened in the 5 foot step from the kitchen to the bar area where I was waiting. Rather than offer to fix it, the host just looked at the bag, looked at me and handed it over....back at the office, I noticed that the tofu I had asked to be added to the dish was thrown on top at the last minute. It was dried out and probably added two seconds before someone inadequately sealed the container. Gross. Its a buck or two more, but from now on I'll just stick with Thai Kitchen on M street.

In our party we tried the Pad Thai and the Pad See-Ew. Everything was delicious and served very quickly.
