A true "New Orleans hole-in-the-wall", this "locals' hangout" delivers with a "mellow" atmosphere, "surprisingly good service" and some of the "cheapest drinks in the Quarter"; early morning patrons say, "in the world of swanky starts and sketchy finishes, this is the sketchy finish"; P.S. cash only.
