Checkers Drive In, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

This restaurant is absolutely horrible! The customer service and hospitality was the worst I have every had. The employees didn't even greet us when we came in to order. They simply looked at us and said "whatchu want". A restaurant filled with bad attitude women who hate their jobs and treat the customers like garbage. Not only that, but my husband got sick from their food. Don't ever come to this restaurant. Even the honey mustard they gave me was spoiled and like jelly instead of sauce. Don't waste your money. Go to the McDonald's across the street.

Food was o.k. but staff are not friendly. Reminds me of a bunch of disgruntled employees. I wish someone would open a Whataburger here. That would put this place out of business or at least force management to make some improvements.

Food is good, but service is horrible starting from the supervisor. The wait time is super long it took me 40 min to get an order of funnel cake and fries. Wow

The drive-thru service was careless and incorrect. My burgers were prepared very sloppily and wrong. I asked for light mayonnaise but my sandwich was heaping with it. I repeated the order twice and they still managed to f*ck it up!

The guy on the drive-thru speaker spoke extremely fast and mumbled his words, so they ended up getting our order wrong. They didn't include the pies we had asked for because he said we had ordered fries. Once we got to the pick-up window, they were extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. We actually had a minute-long conversation EXPLICITLY saying we did not want any pickles or onions in ANY of our burgers, which they assured us they had not included. Taking their word for it, we drove off. Ten minutes later, we check our burgers, and guess what we found? PICKLES!! Is the concept of no pickles really that novel to someone who works at a fast-food restaurant??? How difficult is it to not put pickles in somebody's burger?? Worst Checkers I've ever been to and I will definitely never be coming back.
