Horrible. Took more than 30 min to get food. Horrible service, food came out mediocre, not worth the trouble of waiting.

For the chump change those poor employees get paid they work really incredibly fast and hard I love the service the people are great I live on 19th and meinecke I love going there.

Great food but when someone pay's for a large chili cheese fry and barely get cheese fries with a table spoon of chili and two table spoons of cheese, it becomes a problem. Twice, I've ordered these fries thinking it was maybe bad timing ( ''they were low on chili'' & ''cheese'') but no, that's not the case. I'm done buying these fries without a checkers coupon! Overall the chili cheese fries are good but just not worth $5! Maybe I should have tried a different location.
