05/09/2013 7:42 pmThe service in this establishment was exxxxtremely horrible!!! The employees are rude, disrespectful and are clearly unfit to do the job. Upon returning an order that was wrong and returning sandwiches that were not labeled and therefore not capable of being differentiated my boyfriend was told "that's their problem". They were slow to come to the window in the beginning because they were too concerned with gossiping with one another. There definitely needs to be some firing done there. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from this place either but hey I gave a second chance. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. You are better off going to the Checkers on Route 22. |

02/01/2013 11:23 pmThe service was extremely poor and the employees couldn't have been any more ghetto nor unprofessional. I was told that my order was cooking and then asked if I wanted to wait the 7 minutes until it was finished. Thinking that 7 minutes wasn't going to be that long I decided to wait. I pulled over into the parking lot and was harassed by pan handlers. Soon the 7 minutes turned into 10...15... now its 20 minutes and no one has come to the car with my food. I went into the lobby and then to the window and the employee that took my order look at me surprisingly and said "oh I forgot" and asked the person she was on the phone with to hold on. I just shook my head. She then retrieved my order and passed it to another employee that was on he cell phone. There was no apology just a passing of my order. Perhaps they were too busy on the phone to be able to give good customer service, needless to say I will never return to this store nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone else. |
