Gail doesn't just "bake cakes," she creates artistic masterpieces that could easily be the centerpieces not only at weddings but at a museum! Her creations are not merely culinary delights, they are practically marvels of architecture and engineering! Virtually any subject -- or object -- is not beyond her realm to replicate...and impress the most demanding bride.Oh, and they taste delicious, too...

Food:

I had only heard good things about Gail and Cheesecake Etc., and she still exceeded our expectations! Most cake testings are rushed and just include a small bite of different options; however, Gail laid out enough cake and icing for my family and I to try all the choices! We picked a sour cream pound cake with butter cream frosting, but you can't go wrong with any of her flavors/icings. She had great ideas for how to ice the cake and suggested fun details that I hadn't thought of. Many wedding guests told us that our wedding cake was the best they'd ever had! She was easy to work with and efficient. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area.

Gail created our wedding cake and our groom's cake. From the moment we met her, we were in love with her. She was so excited and engaged to talk to us about our wedding and was thrilled to incorporate our ideas. Our cakes were truly magnificent - not only exquisitely beautiful but also delicious. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She, along with our other amazing vendors, made our wedding special. Thank you so much. Tonya and Gary Colbert.

From the moment we met Gail we knew that she was the one we wanted to do our wedding cake. Not only was she helpful, friendly, and fairly priced, her skills were obvious as soon as you walked into her shop. Everyone absolutely loved the cake especially us! It was beautiful and just perfect! We are beyond satisfied and happy with the way the cake turned out, thank you Gail!

Gail did our rehearsal dinner cheesecakes and they were some of the best cheesecakes I have ever had. She customized 3 different kinds for us and I have to say, the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake that she did for us blew my mind! Everyone was raving about how great they all tasted. Gail was great to work with from the tasting all the way through. She is willing to work with you to make everything just the way you want it. I would highly recommend Cheesecake Etc. to anyone.
