07/23/2015 2:39 pmFancy and busy restaurant. It takes us 2days to get a table for 3ppl. We went fir the set menu. The amount of food is not a lot but decent. The display is just ok but taste is superb. Worth a try. |

12/20/2010 10:55 pmProbably the best fine dining on Oahu. Seasonal menus that are always delicious. They are flexible, and will swap items between the different prix fixe offerings if you want. |

12/31/2007 7:00 pmthis is a delightful restaurant in a rather odd location away from both waikiki and downtown. the building is attractive inside, and service is helpful and attentive. one has a choice of three, four, or six course dinners, or one can order all thirteen items on the menu in servings small enough to make an appropriate meal size. all courses come with wine pairings if desired, and the wines are excellent. every course is interesting and delicious. |

08/07/2015 8:27 am"Expert culinarian" George (Mavro) Mavrothalassitis "delivers on all fronts", offering a "spectacular taste of the islands" at his Hawaii Regional–French "true gourmet experience" set in a "nondescript building" in Moiliili where his "wife greets you at the door"; "plan to take your time" – the chef "combines exquisite technique with his passion for local ingredients" ensuring that "every morsel" of the "pricey set menu" (à la carte available upon request) is a "series of unique surprises", while the sommelier does a "fantastic job" with wine pairings, and service is "gracious." |
