Rude staff. They stole from me.

No better than their Virginia Beach location. Weird density and aftertaste, and microwaved sandwiches with lackluster ingredients. OK if you must have a bagel immediately, I guess.

I've been going to this place for at least 4 years and I have to say it's a good bagel place. Love the veggie and plain cream cheese, however, they really need to fix that arcade machine, because it's broken - down, but besides that 5 stars

Excellent bagels, lazy mgmt for having no order system that leaves confused customers and employees if you try for a custom bagel or croissant sandwich

They have a good variety of bagels and cream cheese, and I like to support local companies, but after going there a few times I don't plan to go back. Their staff has consistanly been rude and unhelpful, and you get the feeling they're talking about you in another language, right in front of you.
