Chester's Chophouse & Wine Bar, Wichita, Kansas Restaurant Details

I had a friend who order a gc from this place. Horrible experience, 1st they charged her $10 for a delivery fee ..(Which arrived late! After it stated it would be delivered by FedEx the following day?) secondly chesters forgot to indicate "who" the gift card came from..and when asked. "Chester's" themselves indicated it was from them?!

Food:

Best dining in the area for us. As visitors we were pleased with the service and the selection. The steak came just right. The wine by the glass allowed a taste of some of the more popular and refined. They delivered exactly what I expected of a nicer restaurant. If I find myself in Wichita again I will absolutely eat there again.

Steak way overpriced and waitress was terrible treated the old guys smoking cigars like kings and me and my wife like peasants. If your rich and don't care to waste money this place is for you

Excellent food and good service. Undoubtly the best restaurant in Wichita. Recommend the 8 oz filet (not the petite), also trout is really good, ask for the garlic salad (not in the menu) , feta cheesd appetizer is awsome, shrimp cocktails are excellent, wongton pizza.. only thing that is sub par are the desserts!..once again best high end dinning in town, better than new port, yayas and certainlt better than S&S!

Amazing food and service. All the servers know the menu forwards and backwards and they don't just suggest the most expensive things on the menu they take into account what you like and what they know is a favorite and suggest accordingly. Same with the drinks. Their cocktails are very good. I had the veal Oscar my fiancé had the scallops. Both were very good and cooked to perfection. We also had the duck confit and tomato and warm mozzarella salad. Amazing. We are definitely going to go back.
