Unbelievably poor customer service: purchased an $8 car wash and the machine didn't work properly. Tried to ask for a refund but the clerk on duty refused offering only to run it back through again (if didn't work the first time, what makes you think it will work the second, duh......). Spoke with Mason the next day, again explaining the situation. As a manager, very rude- spoke over me throughout the conversation, implied customer fault for the poor wash, insinuated the call was racially motivated at one point and steadfastly stuck to his mantra that his store policy is No Refunds. Wow- over $8 dollars, talk about penny wise and pound foolish! We'll never go there again.

Be careful- if he's that adamant about no refunds, it wouldn't be surprising to find out of code product on the shelf there.
