Food:

Huge, sick looking rat walking around on outdoor patio.
Took my kids and husband there and were so grossed out! It also took forever for service! No one even got our drinks for us! We walked right out after the rat!! Absolutely unacceptable! FDA should be called!

Food:

You there for lunch on Friday was a good deal and a decent waiter. Friday night the food wasn't well made plus Waiters didn't know how to act. Virginia smart!

On one occasion me and girlfriend seen a mouse.
On the second occasion I was at the bar and a roach walked across the bar. Took a picture anc asked the manager how he would handle it he suggested he could take $5.00 off of my meal. Poor service, ok drinks, unprofessional staff this is one of the worst restaurants i've been to

Very poor service. Waited several minutes for a hostess to appear at the front desk. She then disappeared to never return even though she knew we were waiting. A second hostess showed up and sat us. Took 20 minutes after that to get a drink order placed and chips. The drinks didn't show up until after the food, only because we asked about them when the food arrived. The food was "ok". But we had to ask someone to find our waitress so that we could pay the bill. Drinks were never refilled. First time in several years I haven't left a tip.

The food was decent but service is terrible! We stood at the door waiting for someone to greet us and seat us for about 5 minutes while servers stood around on thier phones and talking to each other; finally a manager came over..teamwork people! We got sat and then we waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were at the table and it was a manager who came over then Rushed us to take our order. My husband ordered a beer and never got it. I witnessed the managers running around busting thier butts while employees stood around. One employee sat there talking to others cursing about his job. When a manager asked him about something he told the manager that he knows how to do his job and didn't need him to tell him how. I mean just disrespectful. This place needs managers with backbones and a whole new wait staff. The only employee that I saw working his butt off was the bartender. It seems as though the manager seating people was trying to send people his way cause it was easy. So if you come here sit at the bar otherwise you won't get service.
