Went there on a whim and ended up having happy hour. The mussels, pate, and macaroni gratin were amazing! The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was charming.

They did a terrible job at catering a brunch at my apartment complex. They reheated eggs and called them omelets. Not impressed, and makes me not want to go there.

Chez Joly is a fantastic little French restaurant. It's a great place to go for a special occasion. The food is on the pricier side, approaching $20 a plate or more for certain dishes, but you get your money's worth. The food is delicious and the proportions are more than filling. The atmosphere is great. One way to describe it is unassuming. It's a French restaurant where both French enthusiasts and "RED-blooded" Americans can dine.
