Friendly, fast service. When service is slow (which is rare), they make up for it with free sandwiches. As always, Chick-Fil-A food is delicious

The peppermint chocolate milkshake is to die for. The chicken sandwich and chicken strips were good, but not worth going far out of your way for.

I know it's located in the worst mall in the area, but the service at this Chic Fil A should be similar to other locations. It's not. Cashiers usually are frowning. They also give the impression they dislike their jobs. I'd say 60% of them seem this way. On more than one occasion I was given my food without a word being said by the employee. Mercedes seems to be the most unhappy of all the employees. Perhaps she should find a new job.

awesome customer service! i was late picking up a platter and they remade the whole thing so the chicken would be hot and fresh. very impressed!
