Today I went to get two chicken sandwiches and I ate one, the other one I took a bite out off before realizing that there was a piece of metal in my sandwich. I called to report it. The manager was very rude about it. Not professional at all. Sounded very ghetto like.

it all starts from the top down. good management. train their employees to care

I just had the best grilled chicken sandwich from a ff joint!! I felt like i just made it at home. Highly recommend for quality when there's high quantity. And a Krispy Kreme beside it.
