The quality you would come to expect from the franchise but with moody employees working the front counter.

Food:

It was a driving nightmare. If the one just outside the mall, and the one inside the mall are so busy their service suffers, it looks like they would open a third one at a nearby location. It's obvious there are many people who either won't even stop, or who get frustrated and leave. Another store would probably be more profitable than they realize.
Now, having said that, I'll still wait in the line that goes around the building more than once just for their chicken. NO other chicken compares!

Food:

No change after their upgrade or remodeling. They parking is so tight you need you need butter the sides of your vehicle then shoe horn your way in the parking lot. The take out line was snaked completely around the store and it was 1:30 in the afternoon. I figure I try my luck inside and that wasn't any better. Mass Caios! No organization at all when it came to taking orders. Half a dozen. Workers at the counter and only two registers open. They were all tripping over each other. Forget that! Went to Lenny's.

Great service, courteous people, and good food.
