Chick-fil-a, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

Typically chick-fil-a. Great food and service. However if you can go to this location before the lunch rush 11:30-1 it would be recommended. They get PACKED!

It is an average CFA. Good food, clean, helpful and kind employees. Want very busy at dinnertime which I found surprising for the area.

I grew up in Atlanta in the 70's and 80's. I have had food at the original Dwarf House in Hampton, GA. and I grew up eating Chick-Fil-A at Southlake Mall just South of the home of Chick-Fil-A. I tell you this so that you know where my perspective comes from.

Something bad is happening to Chick-Fil-A, their food quality is going down. It's nothing like it used to be. The chicken in the chicken sandwiches is inconsistent quality-wise and the bread they use in the chicken minis at breakfast often tastes like it was made days ago and reheated - it's stale and chewy. I have tried to order different things off the menu, but each time is a let down. Many times, the sandwiches are cold.

However, from time-to-time, they will get it perfect. Those are the times that I'm glad Chick-Fil-A exists, they are superior to any other fast food restaurant around.

Something that has always been true about Chick-Fil-A, no matter where I've eaten it (Arizona, South Georgia, Alabama, Atlanta, Savannah, etc) - the staff is ALWAYS friendly and kind and will do anything to make sure the customer is happy. Management is fantastic and they hire the best employees around.
