Chick-fil-a, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Chicken Restaurant Details

Food:

I go to Chick-Fil-A religiously every week, about three times. I cannot find any other place that does the chicken this good for the same price, and I eat out every day (yes, I'm a fat guy). I've tried several different items off of the menu, and they always exceed my expectations. My only complaint's, is that I noticed that the workers will sometimes forget to give me a napkin or straw which is annoying, but that happens at EVERY single restaurant anyways (so I it wouldn't be fair to hold that against them). Also, I have to sometimes wait for my chicken to be made (fresh), but I have to wait on food all the time at any other place too (so again, it wouldn't be fair to hold that against them). My favorite items that I like to get at Chick-Fil-A, is the Cobb salad with grilled chicken on top and the Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. I've tried most everything on the menu at least once and it is all above and beyond expectations, especially when compared to any other place (even when comparing price differences). Keep in mind that Chick-Fil-A is just a fast food restaurant... and it makes it all the more impressive that the food is this high of a quality with the Chicken, especially when compared to other places. Of course... I recommend this place to others!

Really good at one thing - hot, crispy chicken sandwiches everytime. Actually two, great service w a smile, The employees are always on point!

I went through the drive thru today around 12:15 and had a less than stellar experience to say the least. Ginger on lane 1 was awesome. She took my order quickly and accurately. When I arrived at the window, the cashier and pusher seemed like they were working against each other. They nearly gave me the wrong drink and when I tried handing the cashier my money twice the pusher kept handing me my order. My sauces were in the bag so props for that, but I had already driven away when I realized I didn't get a straw. The straw seems like a silly complaint but it matters. Also, the chicken strips I received were super oily and the breading was soft and sliding off like they had been sitting for a bit. I ended up just eating the fries and part of 1 strip. I've been going to Chick-fil-a for years and I know the standards they expect. I don't think I heard "My pleasure" once and the girls at the window didn't seem friendly at all. I know time is valuable, but there's no point in being fast if the quality service part can't keep up.

Monday night. Wasn't busy. Waited 30 minutes for a chick fil a sandwich. Workers were laughing and goofing off. Will never eat here ever again!

I love their regular chicken sandwich with chik-fi-a sauce. AMAZING!
