Chicken Express, Fort Worth, Texas Restaurant Details

I've been a customer for four years,and the last three times I've visited including today,I've had to go back and have my okra replaced on account of it being very soft and stale,it's already extra small,containing about eight okras,then to get home and the tenders were very salty,it's bad enough that the employees don't wear hair nets nor gloves smh,that's too many odds,Chicken Express needs improvements,don't think I'll be returning.....

Why are the mashpotatos satly? And the Roll is always either hard and flat instead of being blump and fluffy.

Ive been to alot of chicken express and this is the worse one ever. Sweet tea sucked. Tenders tasted NASTY and customer service sucked. And then they wanted to charge extra for dipping sauce ive never had them tell me i had to pay for dipping sauce . Everything sucked over all
