Best restaurant for Fufu de Platanos con chicharroncitos and steamed vegetables!

I don't know what experiences others have had at Chico's but mine have been pleasant for the majority of visits I have gone. The food is never cold when I receive it, sometimes they do take a little longer in bringing the food than I would like but never to the point where I feel it is too slow. For the portion of food and price, I have to say the value is great. All in all I think it matters which waiters you get and what you order specifically.

A piece of shit!!! 30 min to place an order. The waiter was very rude and impolite. All tables were dirty. I'll never come back to this horrible place

Great food for a price you can't deny.

Everything I've tried on the menu taste great, only made better by some of the best prices you can't find in other restaurants. Servers are ok but I ain't even mad. The food comes out on time and is cooked to Cuban perfection.

I went with some friends and Chico's had great tasting food, presented well, with good prices and generous portions.

Most of the reviews here are several years old and seem no longer relevant. Perhaps they are under new management now.
