Chili's, Anchorage, Alaska Restaurant Details

Food:

Service was decent. Out of kids menus, printed some up even though we called a ahead. Chicken strips gross in kids meal. I'm sick 10 hours later. All stomach. Food wasn't very good. Not worth it for the price. Probably why I'm vomiting. 2-2012

Food:

The service today November 11, 2011 is pretty bad knowing that your going to have a busy service during lunch. I counted 9 open tables and only 4 servers and they actually are moving at the pace of turtles. The tables may be reserved but dang one table didnt get cleaned for about 10 minutes. My observation Chilis was very unprepared for the service I would say that's a rookie mistake.

Food:

Poor carry out service. On more than one occasion been given the wrong food or dramatically less food than ordered. Always told 20 minutes and rarely is the food ready when we get there. Have arrived and been told no order was made and that we could wait another 20 minutes even after providing the persons name who took the order. Food ordered sitting down is NOT the same as carry out. Ordered Jalapeno Bacon burger ended up with a cheese burger with a thin slice of bacon and about 3 jalapino slices on the side unlike in-store where it was cooked in and was thick cut Bacon slices. Would not recomend.

Food:

Michelle is an excellent waitress. Every time I get her I am always treated very well, despite the fact that I usually go alone and don't order much more than dessert. Do not let them seat you in one of the guy's sections, their waiters are douchebags. Unless you're a pretty girl, in which case be prepared to get doted on (and hit on).

5 Stars for Michelle, zero stars for Joe and Cory. You guys are really bad waiters.

Food:

On many occasions my party had to wait a long time to get our food. Tried to go here for lunch and had to take the food to-go. BUT if you have the time to wait. The food is delicious and the portions are good. I come here on evenings and weekends. Good Service. (except for lunch)
