Chili's, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Restaurant Details

Food:

Food quality sucks. Use to be my favorite restaurant as a kid. Now the food taste like rubber. So blain and not cooked well. Y'all need to ask Outback restaurant on some tips about quality food and service

If you want good service. DONT COME HERE! Placed a to go order. They were out of pasta. No call no nothing. Got to the restaurant the manager was very rude and had a very bad attitude. The waitresses had attitudes as well. Waited over an hour for a meal I ordered almost 45 minutes previously.

Placed an order for pick up. 30 min later arrived for pickup and they didn't have the tea or chili available and the rest of the order wasn't ready. Waited another 20 min. for the remaining items. Got home and they had forgotten to include the soup replacement for the chili.

If I could, I'd give 0 stars. Out of almost everything they serve. How the hell do you run out of so much food? Clearly the managers aren't doing their job here. Based on the other reviews I just read, this place should just be shut down.

Worst Chili's in BR hands down. Hostess and staff were all sitting at the bar watching football. I stood there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for about five minutes. Finally as I was walking out of the door someone came over and sat me down. Also one of the cooks had their kids in the kitchen with them, I didn't know Chili's ran a daycare.

The waiter asked had to ask me to repeat my order several times throughout the night. The queso dip had the consistency of water. I decided to try Chili's "legendary" ribs for the first time and they were terrible. Worst ribs I've ever had in my life. They were so dry and cold, I could have thrown them at the wall and they would have put a hole in the wall.

I will never set foot in this Chili's again in my life.
