Chili's, Birmingham, Alabama Restaurant Details

Food:

This was the worst chilis I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of chilis. The service was horrendous, next to non-existent, they had limited menu items which the servers did not know they were out of, and the food was not fresh. Terrible experience. Do not come here.

Food:

Horrible experience. Child ordered, then was told pizza was not available so ordered hamburger. Got cheeseburger...sent back then hamburger had so much seasoning on it it was not able to be eaten. Fajitas was delivered cold, certainly not sizzling. Tortillas were cold and hard...had no lid on box. Did not get a plate to make fajitas on. Took forever to get anything. 30 minutes after server said he would bring check we left leaving cash for estimated cost of food. I will never return.

Where do I begin... After waiting approximately 15 minutes to order our drinks, and another 10 minutes to get them, they got 2 of our drink orders wrong...three times! We waited about an hour for the food and about 30 minutes for the check. During the whole meal, we all got maybe 2 refills because of how inattentive the waiter was.

Worse service ever experienced. Didn't get any silverware or napkins. Had to get a different server to find our server then server came back took order, but didn't see her again. This place is terrible. Ordered a beer by the time I got it, it wasn't cold. Called for our server by using their so called handy dandy little table devise and it flashed for 20 minutes and no server. Had to get someone else to get Ersela again. Terrible. Very dissatisfied. By the time she got there I was so mad I just got our food to go so I would have something to eat with at home. Omg this server was terrible.

Food:

This place is absolutely horrible and needs to be shut down. I went in on a lunch break and ordered a drink and the dinner size Ranchero chicken tacos and it took me over 10 minutes just to receive my drink. Another server was concerned that I had been sitting too long and came over and checked on me and retrieved my watered down drink which had been sitting forever that the ice was almost melted. I asked to be moved because by now I was furious about the slow and lack of urgency from my waiter. Then my food arrived looking all dried up and it had a weird taste to it and did not taste like chicken at all. I managed to flag down some manager who needs major management training and tried to convince me that my order was correct as if I don't have sense enough to know what my food is supposed to taste or look like when I eat these quite regularly. I was furious at her lack of management skills and requested that the food be taken off and paid for my drink and left. I will never return to this Chili's or any other Chili's restaurant for that matter. Chick-fil-A has better service and is more courteous than these clowns!
