03/17/2016 9:21 pmCrap service. Good manager covering for everyone. Bathroom floor wet, idk if it was pee or water but either way, ew. I slipped in the bathroom, told server when i mentioned the floor was wet and no one followed up. Server ended shift and didn't inform me that she was leaving me to someone else, who happened to be obnoxiously chatty. Drinks and food good, once I finally got them. Two parties walked out while i was there bc no one greeted them within 3+min of their arrival. Unfortunate experience. |

01/05/2016 10:04 pmOnly cause I couldn't leave 0 stars. Brought my out of state relatives. They served them cold coffee after a long 30 min wait. The food was really sub par but there is no excuse for what they did to my dinner. I'm allergic to dairy and said no cheese on my salad. Everyone was served and my salad came 5 mins later with cheese. I reminded them and said bring me another salad. Halfway through the new salad I was sure I tasted cheese. There was melted cheese on the bottom of the chicken. They clearly pit the old chicken on a new salad. Made my might a living hell. I won't eat at that one ever again |

10/27/2015 3:09 pmThe only place I've ever seen serve a guacamole burger without a bun and turn around and act as if it was ordered that way when confronted about it. It would've been SO MUCH easier to go have a bun quickly grilled and brought to the table but our server preferred to make excuses and blame my mother. It was her birthday too. Silly geese don't get our money anymore. :( |

10/11/2015 9:59 pmThe place had trash on the floor, food in some of the seats. There was only 2 other customers in there. The service was horible. Our appetizers came out 5 min. Before our entrees. My food was cold. I didn't complain . I just asked for a to go container because our waiter didn't ask if our food was ok, she seemed to be upset and unfriendly. Will not go back , |

10/01/2015 6:45 pmWe ended up being seated quickly, but that's only because they're anxious to get new customers in the door. Once you've in, more attention is given to getting new customers in rather than serving the existing ones. The table wasn't set, and when we asked for some we instead got our drinks and meal and appetizers (yes in that order) and still no silverware. Eventually asking again a few times and our waitress finally brought some, giving the excuse that she was seating new customers. Isn't that the job of the host anyway? Well they were doing the waitress' job. Yes, it seems like an employee free for all. Our appetizers were delivered long after our dinner. Even worse was the cheese fries were prepared first and left to sit while the other stuff cooked. Um....she kept our glasses filled and had a good attitude, even offering to remove the unedible appetizer. Beyond the decent attitude this place is a joke of a fail. They've even got what looks like TV mounts hanging above tables, that instead of being removed when they took out the TVs they got a plastic scene stuck in place, mimicking like the back of an aquarium would be. |
