Chili's Grill & Bar, Albuquerque, New Mexico, Breakfast Restaurant Details

Bad our appetizer were horrible. Talked to a manager and he didn't care. Food was bad left early.

I called Chili's and the guy that answered the phone , Alex seemed nice. However, Alex would NOT let us customize the order at all. NEVER had this problem before. I couldn't ask for crispy bacon or a well done hamburger, really? His words, "We can not customize to go orders." Do you have a separate kitchen? It better cost me less if I cant have the same amenities as dining in. I go pick up the food and the bacon isn't cooked at all, its cold and gummy like it was just pulled out of a package and put on the burger, DISGUSTING. Do you not cook bacon? You serve microwave food? Guess what I did when I got home. I had to cook my own burger, OMG poor me right? Wouldn't of been so bad but that's what I paid them for. I know this comment is going to go nowhere but at least I got it off my chest. I even have a picture of the burger in my frying pan. We have been loyal, never a complaint, until lately. We buy gift cards and eat there more often than we should. We are reward members, etc. I think this is a good thing, Ill stay away and lose some weight. Thanks for helping with my health I guess. My husband and I enjoy eating here; it is close by, cozy in spite the volume of conversations, cheerful, friendly, and the food is good. It is in our neighborhood and we like the whole experience.

Took 25 minutes to get water, forgot half of our food, did not ask if we wanted anything else she just dropped the check and started sweeping right next to pur feet as if she was trying to get us to leave. The service sucked and we will not we going back. Food was good, too bad they have such shitty service.

This Chilis has the worst service in the whole Albuquerque, you are better off going to cottonwood or eastside of town, we waited 20 minutes and no one helped us, will never go back ever....
