Very poor service. Went in on a Friday night looking forward to a good meal was turnd off within the first few seconds. Over 10 empty tables and potential customers told to wait 25 mins. When i asked what the hold up was i was told "we are giving our staff a chance to catch up. Meanwhile no one is rushing no stress on any of the employees just customers stacked ontop of each other in the doorway. Just poor management! My family has owned many eateries, restaurants and businesses.We would never do that. Seat the customers feed them drinks tell them honestly there is a wait people will understand. Management 101 keep you customers happy that's the way to keep them!. I will welcome and criticism or questions since the manager stood a foot from me and couldn't muster 2 words! I will explain in full detail!

I will NEVER come to this restaurant again. They got a group together to watch us and then They tried to take a margarita from me and my group because I was "underage" um no. Then after I showed my ID that clearly says I'm over 21 they want to go get "higher management" then they want to walk away laughing. The customer service in this hell hole is ridiculous. I wish I could have rated it with no stars.

I went there the other before the Rangers game. I was in a little bit of a hurry but the service was still pretty fast and professional. Ask for Gail as a waitress. She's very professional and friendly. A good experience overall. No complaining from this customer. I highly recommend. I'm from out of town and would like to return again someday. Great job Chili s. Keep up the good work. Bravo
