I came to get the delicious dessert in this restaurant was chocolate with ice cream.

This was hands down the worst service that I have received in my entire life. I visited with a group of 24 people during police week. Everyone in the group was either an officer or a family member. We called ahead and made a reservation six hours in advance. As a group of 24 we were given one waitress. Once we were seated we ordered drinks and appetizers immediately. appetizers and water came out in a reasonable amount of time, but no beer or other drinks came out for a whole hour and a half (possibly even longer). Members began going to the bar directly and ordering their drinks. The bartender actually gave one member attitude about our group "just walking in" when we had called ahead a full 6 hours. It seemed clear that they either did not like police officers, or did not want to serve our group due to the time (we sat an hour and a half before close and many entered after we had been siting for an hour). I did not feel comfortable eating the food from a closed kitchen after that behavior from the front of house and left before even receiving my beer after waiting an hour and a half.

I have been there more than 3 times in the past month or so. Every time the service was horribly bad specificlly there is no one in the front door to take responsible for seatting I waited more than 5 min to be seated despite the resaueat was empty and our table was not clean and when I asked the waiter to clean it he was offended and didn't cleaned it well

Finally the food is not bad but other branches are definitely better without a doubt

I definitely don't expect five star service when eating at a chain restaurant, but I was surprised at how awful my husband and I were treated when we went to dinner here. Our waitress didn't show up for ten minutes, and she really didn't give a damn about customer service. We soon realized that the the two gentleman sitting in the booth in front of us were obviously our waitresses "friends", as she proceeded to sit in the booth almost on one of the young men's laps and "chat it up" while we patiently waited. The food wasn't the greatest either, my chicken was over seasoned and served on a plate that still had grease around the edges. My husband's chicken alfredo was extremely greasy, and his garlic bread limp and soggy, along with also having grease around the rim of his plate. I generally don't leave bad reviews, and try my best to be understanding. But this is the worst I have ever been treated at a restaurant, I hope whoever goes here has a better experience then we did.
