I wish I could give this place 0 stars. we placed an online order and they FORGOT food from our order! and then the food was cold (ice cold in the middle) obviously not cooked enough. I called into chili's and apparently spoke to the "manager" on duty. Who was very very rude. She informed me the whole thing was Grub Hub's fault. I will never order from Chili's again or even eat there again.

I loved chills but severely ILL after leaving this location on May 19th, 2015! My server messed up my order, but I didn't argue with this....I would have been FINE with Chicken Tacos...but she got me the ordered Shrimp Tacos...The plate was dirty....the lettuce was brown, the tacos were stuffed with Cilantro...but I was not going to complain with that...I'm not a complainer. I took a few bites....and left. THEN the next day I started being ill! I'm sorry I am okay with food not being perfect....but I do not want to be having indescribable illness for 4 days after! I am STILL SICK! NOT OKAY! Not going back EVER! UPDATE: I reported this to corporate because I really DID feel strongly that this was a one off...now...NOPE...They ignored my comments....I DID get porn texts, and preapproved payday loan messages....they sold my number instead of responding...Chili's is on my NEVER AGAIN LIST NOW! They don't care if they are safe....spread illness at will....and sell your info when you complain! Hello black list! I have been going to chilis since I was a kid....never AGAIN!

The bartender was rude and chose not to give me my ticket. I suspect so I couldn't fill out the customer survey.

Now, I went in with 10 min till closing to place a to go order. So I expected the staff to be busy closing up. No problem I know how it goes.

The place was dead only one couple at the bar...
So after ignoring me for a few minutes the bartender goes to take my order. ...And they don't have what I was going to order. So I need to see a menu... I was told that I needed to order with in 5 minutes. Implying that if I didn't I wouldn't be able to.

'Now unless Chilli's has a different policy... any restaurant I've ever worked at. Would serve you even if you came in at the last minute. We'd just ask the kitchen staff to leave the grill on till the customers had gotten their order in.'

BUT I didn't need that much time to decide. After the bartender came to take my order she then walked away three times in the middle of taking it.

Just a little courtesy and everything would have been fine. I'm hoping that a manager see's this review and will 'coach' the staff that even at closing courtesy is a priority.

This is where my friends Dan and Kevin took me for a birthday dinner and the service was very good and the food was excellent.
