I came for the happy hour, which now ends at 6 pm! Used to be at least 7 pm. They used to have 2 for 1 drinks and half price apps. Now they have nothing like that with food and only discounted drinks.

I ordered the salmon, broccoli, rice... Crossing my fingers. Better be good. Looking around the restaurant this place doesn't attract the quality of patrons it used to back in the day.

Giving 2 stars because the place is not busy for happy hour (and they shortened it to be hard to even try and be happy) and they aren't doing anything to bring people in!

The salmon was prepared well and surprisingly tasty. However, not enough to bring me back to a chain restaurant.

Fried pickles soggy, terrible. Had to flag down server to ask for refills on drinks. Ordered second draft, waited, then told needed to wait more because "they were out of tall beer mugs". By that time was done with food so cancelled request. Was not offered small mug or to order other drink.

Chili's used to be awesome. What happened? The food quality has gone down immensely, but the prices appear to be the same. We hadn't been there in a few years, and were really looking forward to the dry rub ribs we had last time we went. They no longer have the dry rub, which was disappointing, so I ordered a ribeye and my fiancé ordered ribs and sirloin. The ribs were pathetic compared to what they used to be, very little meat and rather tough and chewy. For a place whose claim to fame is their ribs, you'd think they would take them a bit more seriously. I NEVER send back meals, but my steak came out completely gray. I was concerned that the meat had gone bad because it looked so terrible...cutting into it, it was gray all the way through (I ordered a medium steak.) After voicing my concern to the manager, she said they would remake it. The second steak literally looked exactly the same, with the mysterious gray color. I took a few bites but all the Heinz 57 in the world couldn't make that steak taste good. It was bland, rubbery, flavorless and had no aesthetic appeal whatsoever. We finally reached the conclusion that they must use frozen steaks, either that or they're just serving bad meat to people. Either way, we won't be back....the server was very nice and helpful, apologized several times even though it obviously wasn't her fault. But good service doesn't make up for terrible food, so this was our last visit to Chili's.

Their service is so nasty and disgusting. I'm going to post pictures on here of what their silverware looks like. I got food poisoning from it. The manager is so heartless he refunded my meal but not the entire meal. If any people has any common sense they will check their silverware from now on anywhere they go!!!!!

Our waiters name was Donovan, and he gave us the BEST service ever! He was incredibly nice, made sure we were aware of all of the current specials, offered us everything from appetizers to desserts, was very prompt and accurate in handling our large party on his own (10 of us!), didn't mess up a thing and showed us all a great time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! :)
