I always order the sweet potato fries as an appetizer and a side for my burger because they are that good. There are better places to get a good burger but no better place to get sweet potato fries.

I'm salivating over the pictures and my memories of the burger, sweet potato fries sprinkled with cinnamon sugar with a marshmallow dipping sauce!!! OMG! It's heaven on a plate! Originally from New Orleans, I appreciate good food! It's worth every savory bite!!

Went there twice in 4 days and noticed the servers are not very friendly, kinda dismissive almost like customers are a bother. On the first trip had to go to 3 tables to find a not empty bottle of ketchup. Today the coffee smelled like it was 2 hours old but waitress says she just made it - couldn't drink it and asked her to take it off the bill. Ordered a Jakes Special burger but after I took a few bites realized it was a single burger. The waitress actually told me that she would leave it on my bill that way because the Jakes Special was cheaper!!! She later corrected herself and said she changed it because it was 50c cheaper. Their burgers are OK but not great. No manager seemed present either day, seems like it's not well managed.

Absolutely no service from the server. We had to stop her and ask her if we could order, and after a 45 min wait, they bring out HALF our food. Only half of our party got to eat because we got tired of waiting for the rest of the food. The manager was just as bad. He thought removing 1 basket of cold fries from our ticket would "make things right". Completely incompetent and rude staff.

Loved this place! Me and my girlfriends and their daughters had a blast. Quick seating for a party of 6, great service (Priscila) and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in the DFW area.
