Chili's Grill & Bar, Hialeah, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions, all 3 times the service was horrible. Waiters were rude. On this last occasion the waiter took about 15 mins just to introduce himself, then took 20 mins to bring us our drinks, never came to check up on us, and was chit chatting with a table about 4 feet away from us the entire time. Last time i go to this Chilis!

HORRIBLE FREAKING SERVICE! No hostess at 4PM on a Monday and all tables were dirty and asked to be clean she said "you need to give me a minute I'm the only one here" GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER

I used to love coming here back while I was in College. Just last week I went in and sat by the bar. It would take me forever to type all the things that went wrong, so I'll just name two offenses:

The flat screens in the bar had a TV show on after a soccer game. The segment was based on and was showing in detail a cockroach farm. The host of the show was even consuming live worms. No bartender stopped what they were doing to change the channel. I clearly remember a woman with an Argentine National soccer jersey on at the bar asking aloud: "Can you guys change that?" No one did anything. Absolutely disgusting.

The one that set me off: I was eating with my wife their cookie and ice cream desert, and found two chunks of green peppers under the cookie. These folks never cleaned the plates. To this day, I am still under the impression that it was done on purpose (and I promise I was completely respectful with everyone at the establishment.) Again, absolutely disgusting.

Never coming back.

Horrible. They refused to show the UFC fights yet they had no problem playing hip-hop music with curse words. I had a Quesadilla minus the queso, my soft taco had a plastic avocado on it and the chicken enchilada had burnt cheese on it. The crowd was ghetto and unpleasant

Every time I come here the service is always extremely slow. The food is always late, even if you order ahead of time. For example: last week I ordered for pick up and it was scheduled for 12:50.. Knowing how this restaurant is, I got there at 1:05 to make sure I didn't have to wait. To make a long story short, I got my food at 1:35 and come to find out it was the wrong soup. Today's lunch experience has been less than great. 20 min later and still no refill on the drinks, we HAD wanted to order dessert but at this point just want to leave.
