My husband and I went last night at apprx. 6:45 p.m..The service was absolutley horrible, the waitress took for ever to take our order and then took for ever for the food which by the way came incomplete. I had asked the Hostess for chips and salsa , I asked the hostess because the waitress was no where to be found, and the hostess didnt bring the chips either. We had to speak to the manager ,Michael, who made things a little better by taking ouyr food order out, we got billed for the drinks only and Michael was the one that brought us the chips and salsa. This is the last time we will go to this Chilis. The time before this one was almost just as bad as this this time, so this is it for us

Honestly. What a terrible service. The food was what ever. But the service, horrible. The waiter took about 1 hour to come ask me what I was going to eat. If it would have been because I had order drinks and need it to pay, I would of walked out right away. Honestly, I doubt I will ever go back to this place.

I would not recommend this joint to my worst enemy.
Rude as hell waitress, dirty tables and the food arrived almost cold.
Hialeah, what can you expect from the toilet bowl of South Florida.

Horrible seating system. No order, filthy tables and the one in charge of seating ppl having to clean table and start seating ppl random. No list nothing I don't recommend it. I waited 25 mins to be seated for 2 ppl with tons of tables open but dirty, then asked how long for food n waiter said a it's busy restaurant what u spect 40 to 50 mins for food you want something fast eat a salad... so disrespectful to ans clients like that...we left and I will continue to badmouth that place
